Your seat on the Aurex live desk — rights, duties, and how the cabin runs.

This document is published by Aurex as a licensed operator. Your seat is covered by our regulatory framework and the authorisations listed in the client agreement.

  1. 1.1This agreement is between you (“Client”) and Aurex (“we”, “us”), a licensed and regulated operator of the live Higher / Lower cabin desk on this platform.
  2. 1.2Aurex holds the authorisations, registrations, and AML licences required to offer client wallets, KYC, and cash-desk rails in the jurisdictions we serve. Licence details are available on request from the desk.
  3. 1.3A “seat” is a registered user account with a live wallet, chart access, and cash-desk rails. Demo or internal ops accounts are governed separately.
  4. 1.4By registering, depositing, placing a ticket, or continuing to use the desk after we post an update, you accept this agreement and the documents linked from /legal.
