This document is published by Aurex as a licensed operator. Your seat is covered by our regulatory framework and the authorisations listed in the client agreement.

  1. 1.1Account data: email, phone, nickname, public seat ID, password hash, language, cashier country, notification preferences, Islamic mode flag.
  2. 1.2Verification: KYC name, ID type, ID number, country, and documents you upload for the cash desk.
  3. 1.3Trading & wallet: ticket history, ledger entries, deposit/withdraw requests, bonus wager progress, invite chain edges, club follows.
  4. 1.4Technical: session cookies, device/browser metadata, IP region (for fraud and locale), chat transcripts with the desk bot or ops.
